It is our top priority to maintain the overall stability of the system. The availability of the system is dependent on our best efforts. Our staff is available to provide support during normal business hours. While we strive to offer support as widely as possible, we cannot guarantee 24-hour support. We also conduct regular system maintenance based on software updates, staff availability, and user input. We make every effort to schedule maintenance around your needs, but there may be times when the system is unavailable. Scheduled outages will be announced at least one month in advance on the ARC home page, and unscheduled outages will be announced as quickly as possible with as much detail as we have on the same page.
