How do I make changes to a volume?
- Go to the ITS Service Request System (SRS) portal.
- Select Turbo NFS or Turbo CIFS, depending on the type of volume you have.
- Choose "Modify" and then select the Turbo volume you want to modify.
- At the bottom of the page, click "Edit."
- Enter in any changes you wish to make.
- At the bottom of the page, click "Save" when you're done.
- Your changes will be sent to the ARC Storage team for processing. This may take up to a business day. The team will notify you once the changes have been implemented.
Can I store sensitive data on my volume?
Yes, you can do so, but all sensitive data must comply with our Data Security policies.
Is it possible to distribute charges for a volume across multiple Shortcodes?
Yes. If you want to distribute charges for a volume across multiple Shortcodes:
