You can permanently delete a fax from your Inbox or Archive or kill a failed outbound fax job from your Outbox.
IP Fax
Go to the IP Fax Services webpage.
Enter your iFax username (10-digit iFax account phone number, e.g., 7341234567).
Enter your iFax password.
Note: ITS will provide an initial password for your account, this can be modified in the My Settings menu.)
If you lose your password, click Lost your password to have a temporary password sent to your university email account.
Information on the My Settings page appears on your fax cover sheet.
Log in to your account at the IP Fax Services webpage.
Email Contacts
Click Contacts.
Select Contacts from the three contact types displayed.
Add an email contact:
Enter a contact’s first and last name in the Name field.
Enter an email address in the Email field.
Click Create.
Clicking Send moves a fax into your Outbox.
If it sends successfully, it appears briefly in your Archive for temporary storage and a copy is forwarded to your email address.
Note: Faxes are deleted from the Archive every 24 hours.

Options for managing an inbound fax can be seen to the right of the fax image in your Inbox, and include:
Log in to your account at the IP Fax Services webpage.
Select Send Fax from the iFax Menu.
Manually Enter a New Fax Number, or
Manually enter a fax number in the Destination Fax Number field.
If sending from the Ann Arbor Campus enter:
9+1+10 digits for a Long Distance number
Successfully sent and received faxes appear briefly in your Archive and can be managed from this location.
Note: Faxes are deleted from the Archive every 24 hours.
