Overview
BlueJeans allows you to add a delegate who is able to schedule meetings on your behalf. Delegate functionality works with:
- BlueJeans Web Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook 2010 and Later (requires version 3.3 of the BlueJeans Outlook Add-In)
- Office 365 with Outlook Clients installed
- Hosted Exchange Users
- Select your Name or Photo from the BlueJeans Menu.
- Select Delegation from the drop-down menu.
- You will be redirected to the Delegation page. Select Add Delegate and enter their University of Michigan Email Address(es).
Note: The delegate will now be able to set up a meeting on your behalf by choosing your name in the Schedule Meeting screen.
